Refund policy
At Vitruline, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our longevity supplements. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt of your item.
All Vitruline items are eligible for a one-time full refund, even for opened or used products. To qualify for the money-back guarantee, you must return the bottle, even if it is empty.
Please note that our 30-day return policy is valid only once per product and per household; you cannot return the same product twice.
Customers are allowed a maximum of two returns per calendar year.

Please ensure that you use the provided shipping label, as items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Upon acceptance of your return, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item following the steps outlined above. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
